Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Email Classifier product ("the Service") provided by Red Yellow Blue Pty Ltd ("Red Yellow Blue", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them. Commercial terms such as fees are set out in a separate agreement between you and Red Yellow Blue.
The Service
The Service classifies business email in flight and writes derived classifications and enrichment into your connected HubSpot account. It reads email through Microsoft Graph under the permissions your administrator grants, and writes to HubSpot under the scopes you authorise at install.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorised to connect the mailboxes and CRM account you nominate, and to have their content processed as described in our privacy policy.
- You will use the Service lawfully and will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it.
- You are responsible for managing access to your own HubSpot and Microsoft 365 accounts.
Data handling
Our handling of information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In particular, the raw email body is never stored and derived records expire after 90 days.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Red Yellow Blue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from HubSpot and revoking Microsoft 365 consent. On uninstall we stop processing and let stored records expire under the 90 day clock. We may suspend the Service where required to protect its security or integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
